1. Quality Inspection & Claims
We provide an extensive inspection period to ensure your order meets your specifications.
- Inspection Period: Buyers must inspect the products and report any quality issues, functional defects, or quantity discrepancies within 90 days of receiving the goods.
- Submission: To file a claim, please send a written notice to info@atorneira.com with clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue, along with your order number.
2. Returns & Replacements
- Quality-Related Issues: If a product is confirmed to have manufacturing defects within the 90-day inspection period, Shenzhen Atorneira Co., Ltd. will take full responsibility. We will provide replacements or repairs, and we will cover all associated return shipping costs.
- Non-Quality Issues: As we operate on a B2B basis involving bulk production, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality reasons (e.g., changes in market demand or customer preference).
- Installation & Sizing Issues: If the products cannot be used due to installation or sizing discrepancies, both parties (the Buyer and the Seller) shall engage in friendly negotiations to reach a mutually beneficial solution.
3. 5-Year Limited Warranty
We offer a 5-year quality guarantee on our main hardware components (such as ceramic cartridges).
- This warranty covers functional failures under normal installation and maintenance.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, neglect, unauthorized modification, or natural wear and tear of finishes.
4. Order Cancellation
- Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted only before production begins.
- Customized Orders: For OEM or customized products, orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has officially commenced.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds or credits will be processed via the original payment method or applied to your next order’s balance, depending on the agreement reached during negotiation.
